The second generation Super AFC follows the highly successful Super AFC in an upgraded package. The Super AFC is a vehicle specific fuel computer that modifies the air flow meter signal / pressure sensor signal and allows the user to either richen or lean the fuel mixture.

Adjustment ranges from +/- 50%. The Super AFC boasts an 8-point adjustable fuel curve with 500 RPM increment setting points. The Super AFC also allows the user to adjust fuel enrichment according to either LO/HI throttle positions. The Super AFC also cures the erratic idle problems associated with open atmosphere blow off valves on hot-wire air flow meter equipped vehicles.

Monitor mode shows analog meter faces, Y graph display, Numerical display, Peak & Hold, Replay Mode, 1 point/10 point and ghost map tracing. All correction factors are also displayed in percentages.

The Greddy Type-S blow off valve is a closed loop BOV just like the stock BOV with higher flow capacity and much stronger piston spring for no boost leaks.

The EVC EZ is the most simplified version of HKS’ electronic boost controllers, but still utilizes the same proven stepping motor as the EVC IV and EVC PRO. Water Wetter is a unique wetting agent for cooling systems which reduces coolant temperatures by as much as 30°F. This liquid product can be used to provide rust and corrosion protection in plain water for racing engines, which provides much better heat transfer properties than glycol-based antifreeze. Or it can be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol systems. Lower cylinder head temperature reduce the risk of detonation.

Recommended for most street-driven and racing differentials. Excellent performance in conventional and limited-slip units. Also for limited-slip manual transaxles which require a 90 WT oil. Contains limited-slip friction modifiers.

Dyno developed, track tested. Hundreds of hours of tuning and field usage has resulted in a finely tweaked kit that delivers the goods! The cost per hp of this kit is tough to beat, as is its ease of bolt-on install and factory appearance.

The key to the power improvements is the industry leading software from GIAC. Many hours were spent studying the complex programming of the Motronic fuel injection found on these vehicles, and determining how to integrate all the essential maps for repeatable, predictable power improvements. Final tuning of the fuel mixture, ignition timing advance, boost level, and monitoring of the associated Exhaust Gas Temperatures was completed on the A.W.E. Mustang load-type dyno, to ensure safe performance in the real world.

The software of each kit is tailored to the specific requirements of the vehicles, so that a minimum of part replacements is needed to fit the larger K04 turbo. The stock intercooler, piping and fuel injectors are retained, keeping the final price of the kits and associated install labor affordable by all. Outward appearances are totally stock OEM.
